Originally created in 1915 the French 75 is a perfect drink for a hot summer day. Just keep in mind, like its namesake, it kick like a 75 mm Howitzer.

2 oz. Gin

2 tsp sugar

1 oz Lemon Juice

5 oz Champagne

Twist Lemon

In a highball glass mix gin, sugar and lemon juice, stir until sugar has dissolved. Add ice, top with champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon.
