The Crystal Palace in Tombstone was opened in 1892 and has been in business serving the patrons of Tombstone, and the many tourists, ever since.

In the original upstairs portion of the building--removed during prohibition--were the offices of Virgil Earp and other characters famous from Tombstone's hey day. Wyatt Earp also ran the gaming here and Doc Holiday dealt poker.

This place is awash in history and features period shows and costumes for its employees. While you're there, try the barbecue ribs and a shot of rye whiskey.
