2 oz Rye/Bourbon
Lump Sugar
Angostura Bitters
Water
Lemon Pell (optional)
Place a lump of sugar in a small amount of water and swirl until sugar is dissolved. Add whiskey, 2-3 dashes of bitters and stir. Serve in a rocks glass with a small amount of ice, garnish with a lemon peel if desired.
